Some ghostly force has been burgling homes and assaulting citizens, and just last night, a prominent merchant was found dead, floating in a canal. The Town Guard is pursuing all leads but is at a loss. They are seeking a bold band of adventurers to aid them in apprehending what has become known as the Rotterdam Wraith.
